Her teaching is inspired by her years of being steeped in the traditional Yogic teachings and her conviction that every human heart is infused by Divine Essence.

Anusara Yoga is a powerful tool for Exploration, Self-Inquiry and Transformation. Immersions are intended to be condensed periods of engagement in learning, self-exploration and discovery. Students will receive in-depth instruction in the grand scope of the Yogic practices, and be able to cultivate a more highly refined understanding of the intention of the practices and how to engage the practices to support an unfolding into a life filled with Joy and Meaning.

Within all levels of the Immersion, students will receive a brief overview of Yogic Philosophy and instruction in Anatomy and Physiology relevant to relevant to the Hatha Yoga Practice.

"The Call to Awaken" is an invitation to step into an entirely new, empowered, Self-aware life. It is an invitation to awaken to the truth that beauty and magnificence are inherent to your nature.

The Full Level I Immersion (100 hours) is designed to give students in-depth and joyful exposure to the revelatory practices of Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Contemplation and Meditation.

In each Level of the Immersion (32 hours), students can expect to receive approximately:

- 21 hours of in-depth asana instruction and practice which will include philosophy discourse woven through asana, lecture and discussion

- 3 hours of anatomy, physiology and therapeutic applications instruction

- 8 hours of contemplation, journaling, meditation and pranayama instruction and practice

- Approximately 4 hours of homework required for participants wishing to proceed onto Teacher Training, optional for others The Entire 3-Part Immersion is a pre-requisite to further in-depth study and is one of the pre-requisites for entering any Anusara Yoga Teacher Training Program.

The only pre-requisites for attending the first level of the Immersion is a minimum of 3 months/30 hours of classroom study in Anusara, completing the application process, and a sincere interest in delving deeper into the practices.

Parts II & III of the Immersion are a continuation of the engagement begun in the Level I Immersion. Expanding the rings of light is a deepening exploration into the art of revealing the light of one's true essence. It is a cultivation of the skill of unfolding one's inner being as an act of joyful service to the world. This Immersion is designed to be an in-depth exploration of how the practices of Anusara Hatha Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, & Contemplation can serve as springboards to consciously engaged action and profound spiritual inquiry. Students will receive in-depth instruction into the grand scope of the Yogic practices, and be led into compelling contemplations on how one's own journey of discovery can serve a greater good.
