Gentle: Suitable for all levels, gentle yoga to sooth your soul. Compassionate and kind movement to relax and revive your body, mind, and spirit.
Basic: This class is designed to offer an introduction to the spirit and practice of yoga. Basic postures will be taught and no previous experience is necessary. Drop-ins are welcome. Includes instruction in all basic poses, breathwork and relaxation.
Mixed: A moderately-paced class, designed for students who have been practicing yoga for at least 6 months. Good for experienced beginners to more advanced yogis. Focus is on gaining strength, integration and learning the fundamental principles of yoga.
Intermediate: A fun and challenging class requiring more strength and stamina.
Advanced: For those who practice yoga regularly, and can hold a handstand at the wall, as well as press up into a full backbend without assistance. Our most playfully challenging class.
Therapeutic Class: Tuesdays, 11:30 am to 12:45 pm (70 min);
This class is designed to be safe and empowering for students who have an injury or limitation that does not allow them to participate in a "regular" yoga class. We will work with the fundamental alignment principles that support healing and begin to build strength and stability, as well as increase mobility and range of motion in joints.
