Here’s how the March Self-Care Challenge Works:

—Participants commit to a daily action of self-care, it can be as short as a minute, or longer, as you wish.

—On a weekly basis, commit to an hour of self-care.

—During the 3 week challenge fit in one day of self-care.

—Check into our private FB page twice a week and share how it’s going.

—Those who complete the challenge receive a free half day workshop with Suzanne in April!

You’ll be supported with bi-weekly emails, including videos, created just for our group.  Suzanne will answer questions and offer inspiration on our special FB page as well!

A group can give us a foundation of resiliency to help us adapt to changing circumstances, recover from setbacks, and find strength in times of adversity.
